Saaslio, LLC, an Indiana Limited Liability Company, and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively “Company” “our,” “we” or “us”) are committed to respecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice describes how we collect, use, disclose, store and otherwise process information through www.Saaslio.com, the Saaslio web application(s), and its affiliated websites and other online products and services in the United States (collectively “website(s)”). In addition, this policy states how you can control the collection, correction and/or deletion of information. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Notice. We urge you to read this Privacy Notice so that you understand our commitment to you and your privacy, and how you can participate in that commitment.

Company regularly reviews this Privacy Notice and updates its policies to process your information in a manner that is in compliance with applicable regulations.

Definition of Personal Data

Company may collect Personal Data from users in order to fulfill its contractual obligations. Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; an identifiable person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social identity. Personal data may include the following: name, address, date of birth, gender and contact data (i.e. e-mail address, telephone number and employer name). “Sensitive Personal Data” means Personal Data specifying medical or health conditions, racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership or information pertaining to the sex life of the individual.

Definition of Non-Personal Data

We may also collect information that is related to you but that does not personally identify you (“Non-Personal Data”). Non-Personal Data also includes information that could personally identify you in its original form, but that we have modified (for instance, by aggregating, anonymizing or de-identifying such information) in order to remove or hide any Personal Data.

Scope

This Privacy Notice applies to Personal Data and other information collected by Company or its service providers from or about:

(i) visitors to, or users of, its websites;

(ii) prospective and current customers using Company services;

(iii) users of any mobile-device applications that it offers (such as its iOS and Android applications);

(iv) service providers and business partners;

(v) job applicants; and

(vi) other third-parties that it interacts with.

Consent

Company collects Personal Data about you in connection with many of our services. When working with or using Company, you may be prompted to make an account which may hold Personal Data such as your name, mailing address, email address, or credit card information. In addition you may be providing Personal Data when:

(i) communicating with Company via phone calls, chats, emails, web forms, social media, and other methods of communication,

(ii) subscribing to Company’s marketing material,

(iii) applying for a job, or

(iv) providing services to Company.

By providing your Personal Data to Company in the ways described in this Privacy Notice, you agree that you are authorized to provide that information and are accepting this Privacy Notice and any supplementary privacy statement that may be relevant to you. If you do not agree to our practices, please do not register, subscribe, create an account, or otherwise interact with our services, Company’s websites, web or mobile-device applications.

Methods to Collect Information

Company collects data from you through our interactions with you and through our products. You provide some of this data directly, and we get some of it by collecting data about your interactions, use, and experiences with our products. The data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with Company and the choices you make, including your privacy settings and the products and features you use. We also obtain data about you from third parties.

Information Collected Automatically

Company may also collect Technical Information about you when you visit our websites, which your web browser automatically sends whenever you visit a website on the Internet. “Technical Information” is information that does not, by itself, identify a specific individual but which could be used to indirectly identify you. Our servers automatically record this information, which may include your Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, browser language and other information about your web browser, type of device (including mobile device) used to access our website, and the date and time of your request. Gathering your information helps us ensure our websites and other services work correctly and support our applications.

Email: We may use pixel tags and cookies in our marketing emails so that we can track your interaction with those messages, such as when you open the email or click a URL link that’s embedded within them. When recipients click on one of those URLs, they pass through a separate web server before arriving at the destination page on a company website. We may use tools like pixel tags and cookies so that we can determine interest in particular topics and measure and improve the effectiveness of our communications.

Mobile communication: When you download or use our mobile-device applications, or access one of our mobile-optimized websites, we may receive information about your mobile device, including a unique identifier for your device.

Information Collected from Social Media Applications/Networking Websites

Our websites may include social media features, such as the Facebook Like button and other widgets that run on our site. These features may collect your IP address and which page you are visiting, and may set a cookie to enable the feature to function properly. Social media features and widgets are either hosted by a third party or hosted directly on our site. Your interactions with these features are governed by the Privacy Notice of the organization providing it. For example, if you create or log into your account through a third-party social networking site, we may have access to certain information from that site, such as your name, account information and friends, in accordance with the authorization procedures determined by such third-party social networking site. We may also collect information about you from other sources to help us correct or supplement our records, improve the quality or personalization of our services to you, and prevent or detect fraud. We work closely with third parties (for example, business partners, service providers, sub-contractors, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, fraud protection services) in an effort to constantly improve our products and services, and may receive information about you from them.

Information Collected from Other Sources

Due to the nature of the Company applications, we collect information about your from other sources in order to provide the applications to you. In addition, Company may also collect information about you from other sources to help us correct or supplement our records, improve the quality or personalization of our service to you, and prevent or detect fraud. We work closely with third parties (for example, business partners, service providers, sub-contractors, advertising networks, analytics providers, search information providers, fraud protection services) and may receive information about you from them. The following are some examples:

(iii) Microsoft

(iv) Okta

In order to provide the services and improve Company’s websites, we may engage the services of third-party vendors. In the process of supplying services to Company, these third-party vendors may need to collect Personal Data about you.

Co-branding

Some company websites or services may be co-branded and offered in conjunction with another company. If you use such websites or services, both Company and the other company may receive the Personal Data that’s collected via that co-branded website or service and you should review all applicable privacy notices and terms.

Public Forums, Blogs and the Customer Reference Program

Company websites may feature bulletin boards, blogs or forums. Any Personal Data that you choose to submit via such a forum may be read, collected, or used by others who visit these forums, and may be used to send you unsolicited messages.

Flash LSOs

We use Local Storage Objects (LSOs) such as HTML5 and Flash to store content information and preferences. We partner with third parties to provide certain features on our site or to display advertising based upon your browsing activity. Various browsers may offer their own management tools for removing HTML5 LSOs.

Log Files

Log files record website activity on our services and enable us to gather statistics about our users’ browsing habits. These entries help Company determine (among other things) how many and how often users have accessed or used our services, which pages they’ve visited, and other similar data.

Clear GIFs

Clear GIFs, sometimes called “web bugs” or “web beacons,” are small electronic images that are placed on a web page or in an email message. We use clear GIFs to monitor user behavior, deliver cookies, collect information, count visits, understand usage and campaign effectiveness, and to tell if a recipient has opened and acted upon an email.

Information Voluntarily Provided

Company collects Personal Data about you in connection with many of our services, with the goal of improving our service to you and providing you with the best possible experience. When using our webstore or website, you may be prompted to make an account which may hold Personal Data such as name, mailing address, email address, or credit card information. When contacting our Company, you may be required to submit contact information. When communicating with Company, all communications will be transmitted and stored by us. To be clear, you may be providing Personal Data when: i) communicating with Company via phone calls, chats, emails, web forms, social media, and other methods of communication; ii) subscribing to our marketing materials; or iii) applying for a job.

Location Information Collected

Permitted Use of Personal Data

Company uses your Personal Data to provide you products and services, such as to fulfill your requests for products or to help us personalize our offerings to you. We also use your Personal Data to support our business functions, such as fraud prevention, marketing, and legal functions. To do this, we combine personal and non-Personal Data, collected online and offline, including information from third party sources in order to:

(i) fulfill your requests for products and services and communicate with you about those requests;

(ii) better understand customer behavior so that we may improve our marketing and advertising efforts and to improve the distribution of our products and services;

(iii) help us personalize our service offerings, websites, mobile services, and advertising;

(iv) verify the identity of their customers and to prevent fraudulent activities such as the fraudulent purchase of products/services;

(v) check the financial qualifications or collect payment from customers regarding orders of products and services;

Company uses your contact information to recommend products and services that might be of interest to you, to send you marketing and advertising messages such as newsletters, announcements, or special offers or to notify you about our upcoming events.

Ability to Opt-In to Promotional Meassaging or Advertising

Company allows you to opt-in to receive advertisements based on your interests. If you do not opt-in, you may still receive advertisements but they will not be tailored to your interests. Disclosure of Personal Data to Third Parties

Company will not rent or sell your Personal Data to others but may disclose Personal Data with third-party vendors and service providers that work with Company. We will only share Personal Data to these vendors and service providers to help us provide a product or service to you. Examples of third parties we work with are call center operators, shippers, servicers, information processors, or financial institutions. These third parties only have access to Personal Data necessary for them to complete their service.

Disclosure of Personal Data for Business Purposes

In the course of corporate divestures, mergers, acquisitions, bankruptcies, dissolutions, reorganizations, liquidations, or general business transactions or proceedings, Company may buy or sell/divest/transfer your Personal Data including your name or email address. Using our website or services may link to third party web websites, services, and applications. Company is not responsible for any Personal Data collected through these means. Information collected is governed through the third party’s website’s Privacy Notice. Any interactions you have with these web websites, services, or applications are beyond the control of Company. When you post information to or through such services, those websites’ privacy policies and cookie usage policies apply directly. We urge you to read the privacy and security policies of any external websites before providing any Personal Data while accessing those websites.

Security Measures Taken to Protect Personal Data by Company

Security of all information is of the utmost importance for Company. Company uses technical and physical safeguards to protect the security of your Personal Data from unauthorized disclosure. We encrypt your information in transit and at rest using industry standard encryption to keep information secure. We also make all attempts to ensure that only necessary people and third parties have access to Personal Data. Nevertheless, such security measures cannot prevent all loss, misuse or alteration of Personal Data and we are not responsible for any damages or liabilities relating to any such incidents to the fullest extent permitted by law. In the case of a data breach, we will notify you without delay of any loss, misuse or alteration of Personal Data that may affect you. Company retains your information for business purposes, for as long as your account is active, and/or as long as is reasonably necessary to provide you with our products and services. We may also retain cached or archived copies of your information for a reasonable period of time. At any point in time, you can withdraw consent and we will stop processing your data.

Choice: Your Privacy Rights

Company gives you choices about the ways we collect, use, and share your Personal Data. You can choose what contact and financial information will be stored in your account and preferences. However, if you choose not to provide certain details, some of your experiences with us may be affected. Access to and Correction of Personal Data

Company provides you many opportunities to access and update your Personal Data. You can ensure that any account, contact, or financial information is up-to-date and can correct, update or delete inaccuracies to the information by logging into your account and accessing your profile on the applications. We will respond to your request to access within 30 days. Company will attempt to answer all requests that we correct the data if it is inaccurate or delete it as long as the Company is not required to retain it by law or for legitimate business purposes. In some jurisdictions, in addition to you agreeing to this Privacy Notice, data privacy laws may require us to obtain a separate consent before we send you information that you have not specifically requested. In certain circumstances, your consent may be implied (e.g. where communications are required in order to fulfill your requests and/or where you have volunteered information for use by us). In other cases, we may seek your consent expressly in accordance with applicable laws (e.g. where the information collected is regarded to be Sensitive Personal Data under local regulations). Collection of Information from Children

The Company recognizes the importance of protecting the privacy and safety of children. Our website and services are directed towards the workforce older than 18 and are not directed towards children. We do not knowingly collect information about children under the age of 13 or minors otherwise defined in local law or regulation without verifiable parental consent. If we learn that someone under 13 has provided Personal Data through one of our websites, we will use reasonable efforts to remove that information from our databases.

Changes to the Privacy Notice

Company may review and update this Privacy Notice periodically without any prior notice. Company will post a notice to its website to inform you of any changes to our Privacy Notice and indicate when it was most recently updated. In the case of material changes that may adversely affect you, the Company may provide a more direct way of notifying you of changes to this Privacy Notice.

Location of Data Processing/Storage

Company does not currently provide services outside of the United States. Any Personal Data collected about EU data subjects via our websites is processed in the United States by Company or by a third party acting on our behalf. When you provide Personal Data to Company, you consent to the processing of your information in the United States. Our websites are hosted in the United States.

Applicable Regulations (California Privacy Rights)

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits individual California residents to request certain information regarding Company’s disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. To make such a request, please write to privacy@www.saaslio.com or 456 North Meridian Street, P.O. 44246, Indianapolis, IN, 46208, USA. Please include your name, mailing address, and email address if you want to receive a response by email. Otherwise, we will respond by postal mail within the time required by applicable law.

If you are a California resident under age 18 and are a registered user of any of the services, then you may request that we remove any content that you created and publicly posted on our website (“User Content”). To request removal of your User Content, please send an email with a detailed description of the specific Data User Content to privacy@www.saaslio.com. Company reserves the right to request that you provide data that will enable us to confirm that the User Content that you want removed was created and posted by you.

Company will make a good faith effort to delete or remove your User Content from public view as soon as reasonably practicable. Please note, however, that your request that we delete your User Content does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of your User Content. Your User Content may remain on backup media, cached or otherwise retained by Company for administrative or legal purposes or your User Content may remain publicly available if you or someone else has forwarded or re-posted your User Content on another website or service prior to its deletion. Company may also be required by law to not remove (or allow removal) of your User Content.
